I agree with you. Using custom domain for e-mails is a bit dangerous.

I’ve started using a custom domain e-mail for accounts this year, but I regret doing it. Now, I’m having a tremendous effort to make the switch.

My suggestion for everyone is to use gmail/hotmail/etc for accounts, and to use an alias in business related purpose
