Thanks for your response. It’s funny you mention Polyface farms and Joel Salatin, as it was after seeing his work again recently I felt I needed to join the cause and begin writing. I will be visiting the farm next year. As for your suggestions on local practice, you are getting ahead of me, I have a huge list of things I want to write about and that is exactly one of them! I appreciate that you suggest all this as its with this kind of feedback I can ensure I get all facets of this topic under my belt!
