National Defence College. Most prestigious course of the Defence services. Only one officer per year from my regiment is selected based on past 30 year’s performance. Strategic planning at National Level involving all instruments of the State.

Higher Command Course. Most prestigious and highest course of the Indian Army. Only one officer per year from my regiment is selected based on past 25 year’s performance Curriculum included Higher Level Leadership in Operations. Responsibilities in Strategic Environment, Study of Leadership Techniques and Management Principles.

Special Weapon Technology Course. 18 months PG level course, conducted by the DRDO. Stood first in the course. Awarded British Aircraft Trophy and Dr BN Singh Award for standing first.

Advance Course and Short Equipment Course in Electronics (Radar & Control System; MCEME Secunderabad. (Alpha grade, also graded as an Instructor in both courses). Air Defence Weapon System course. Total duration of courses — 18 months.

Senior Command / Senior officers Course. For senior level appointments. College of Combat, Mhow & Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering.
Independent Directors Course. Conducted by Confederation of Indian Industries, New Delhi.
