Force Quit!

That feeling of accomplishment when you hit Force Quit! on your computer when a program or anything is refusing to obey your orders and get lost..

That silent “Take that!” scream of victory that you dare no admit to anyone so you won’t be admitted to a mental facility.

Wether you do those crazy things I do or not is not our issue here, it is far deeper than that.

Imagine for a minute a life where you can quit annoying, pre-approved and no longer welcome habits, practices, thoughts and people? Yeah! I know right!?

For example smoking, procrastination, binge eating, fast junk, addictions, on/off exercise habits, people that drag you down but you can’t get rid of, fad diets that only promise the creators billions and you another one bites the dust song replay.

So what do you think is our Force Quit! button?

Could it be willpower?

Finding other addictions?

Looking away? to what exactly?

Getting away? Changing lifestyle?

Support groups?

Surgery?

Trick or spook our system?

Here’s what I think:

Each individual has a set of unique blend of complexities that change and adapt to lifestyle, experience and thinking overtime.

The keys to unlock that unique blend is something in the hands of its master and no one else no matter what they tell you or them.

The Force Quit! therefore is admitting we need help, admitting we don’t need something, admitting we need to rid ourselves in order to move on in life.

Force Quit! starts with you and ends with you.
