Possession

The smut of line to colour smudges a cross an eyeline
of ownership. A dwelling of skin and likeness;
heartgrid of Smear to the visceral interior
un-become the man.
Beckoning a stranger’s mirror, thumbfelt,
musk-ulature of his natural blue, wined to brittle earth.
Sunk subcutaneous into the unspoken soak
like sculptural paste: she unearths
his forbidden hue.
