Stay Hydrated & Eat Something Good For Breakfast
The last thing you want is to be feeling sick on your wedding day or in extreme cases passing out. If you stay hydrated and eat well your skin will have a much more natural color, you will have a load more energy & you will look less drowsy. Eat foods high in carbohydrates such as Whole Grains, Fruits and Vegetables or Beans. These foods will have a gradual release on your body so you can have a constant stream of energy until your next meal.
It’s very easy to get flustered leading you to rush through the ceremony. Take a breath and slow down, make sure moments like the first kiss and walking down the aisle is not rushed. This is really helpful to your photographer as they need to capture a large amount of images and giving them this time is necessary.
Get Hyped Up
Before you get in the car to head over to the ceremony spend a minute or two with the bride’s maids shaking out all the nerves, you’ll feel a lot better for it.
