introducing UNIQUE-id — UN-Info-seQUEntial-id

Core-mission of UN is to save-succeeding-generations from wars, So in order to achieve this, We are introducing unique-id UN-Info-seQUEnce

this idea created by workers in united-nations with name “UN-I-QUE: UN Info Quest”, source — http://www.un.org/en/documents/index.html

we renamed quest into seQUEnce to make more orderly, after all UN is about making better law & order for universe

unique-id will be similar to what we previously mentioned date-of-birthday with geographical-coordinates & the number, so mine is “1983/aug/17–9N/78E/1”, If two citizens born in same date & in same-coordinates, then numberical-order in last-digit will different them

This whole process will be more easy by computerization
