Hi Mariola, in general, members of the “shared shop” receive appreciation from the academies and experience satisfaction by seeing the impact of their support for the academies, but it’s a spectrum. This works better for people that interact with academies more frequently and more directly. For people that don’t have this regular interaction this is a challenge.
I think, there is a related challenge that the “shared shop” doesn’t act as a team. So far, this hasn’t been a real problem (or at least not the most pressing one), but it’s definitely something we are having an eye on.
