Rock Spirit’s FAQ TIME for MapleStory Universe!
- What were you most curious about?
Q1. Can I participate in the WL/Allowlist? Or will there be an NFT pre-sale?
A1. We won’t be holding an NFT pre-sale as our focus is on removing the in-game cash shop and not selling any products directly.
However, there are still ways to obtain NFTs within MapleStory Universe, such as farming them by playing MapleStory N.

Q2. When will the game launch? When will there be an alpha or beta test?
We’re working hard to ensure that the game is as polished and perfect as possible before we launch, so we don’t have a specific date for you just yet. But don’t worry, we’ll be sure to announce any major milestones through our official channels, so be sure to follow us on Twitter and Medium to stay up-to-date!
In the meantime, we’re exploring the possibility of testing with you before the official launch to make sure everything is running smoothly. We know waiting can be tough, but we promise it will be worth it. Thank you for your patience, and we can’t wait to see you in MapleStory N soon!
Q3. I want to contribute to the MapleStory Universe right away! (Community collaboration/moderator application/resume, etc.)
Our mailbox is exploding with inquiries looking to collaborate with us, apply to be a moderator, or join an influencer program, and we want to express our gratitude for your interest.
While we’re working out the details, we’re very excited about the possibility of co-creating the MSU with our users. While we may not be able to get back to everyone individually, we are reading every single email we receive. We promise to keep you posted on any future updates as they become available.
Please also note that we’re not currently working remotely, and we regret that we’re unable to accommodate all the talented individuals who have expressed interest in working with us. If you’re interested in working in Korea and speak Korean, we encourage you to check out our job postings on the Nexon Careers site.
Q4. I’m not getting any replies to my emails! Did they arrive safely?
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We’re receiving a high volume of inquiries, and due to the circumstances mentioned throughout our FAQ, we may not be able to respond to all emails immediately.
However, we want you to know that we’re reading every email and taking your feedback and inquiries seriously so that we can make sure to get back to you when we can.
Q5. Will there be any other community channels besides Twitter and Medium (e.g. Discord)?
We will be adding Discord and Youtube channels in the future. We understand the importance of having different channels to reach out to you, and we want to make sure we’re providing the best possible experience for everyone. Twitter and Medium were opened earlier to provide more detailed and in-depth information, as well as to be closer to you in the Web3 environment. We can’t wait to bring that same level of engagement to Discord and YouTube!
We do want to remind everyone to be aware of scams. Neither this account nor any of our project members will ever DM you, so please be cautious. We’ll do our best to promote our official channels when Discord and YouTube are up and running, so stay tuned!
Q6. Will there be any rewards for those who join the community early?
We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve been enjoying our content and actively participating in the MSU community! We want to assure you that we value our early adopters and are always looking for ways to recognize the contributions.
We’re planning social media events for active creators, and we’re also considering rewards for those who have been contributing to the MSU community. We’ll keep you posted on any updates and developments as soon as we have them.
