Thanks for posting. Wish you would have shown more about what Peace-Builders were doing, like Peace Corps Volunteers. If Peace Corps had only a slight fraction more funding compared to what the US military has in Africa, perhaps access to warehouses filled with humanitarian assistance, incredibly good things to come from it. Have our servicemen install and maintain internet access in fragile states, and instruct educated youth how to use knowledge management to help communities provide educational experience designed to encourage innovation and entrepreneurs
