This was very good. As opposed to many diversity in tech articles I’ve read before it’s very positive and gives specific action items to solve the problem instead of just criticizing the tech industry.

I’m really curious about this point though. Since you don’t use resumes to source candidates how do you pick people to give your two-hour test to?
