I love this idea. One of the main things I dislike about podcasts are the interruptions that can occur in a conversation. There have been times where a guest is building on a good thought and the host will interrupt with either a joke or some other off the wall topic and the flow of the conversation changes. Other podcasts have too many hosts and those tend to get overrun with sometimes up to 4 people talking (or arguing) at the same time. This promotes a better flow of ideas and reduces the ego of the participants. Very nicely done.
