Nothing stimulates creativity more than playing an instrument.

Why you ask?

Because to be creative means you need to create something.

Musicianship gives you the divine power of CREATION.

This is partly why the Ancient Greeks treated music and the act of making the music as something divine.

Musical expression gives us the ability to express things that are beyond any words in a dictionary and allows us to connect with each other on a more spiritual level.

Music alters your mood, shapes your thoughts, and intensifies the emotions you feel at the moment.

Go buy a crappy guitar or a rusty trombone and learn the physical skill of playing the instrument. Once thats out of the way, play it. It doesn’t need to sound good right away, just be a kid and play. If you like playing it, consider buying DVD, Online, or in-person lessons.

You don’t need to have talent or a genetic predisposition for playing music. Just play.

You have a favorite band? Maybe you want to replicate one of Johann Sebastian Bach’s Fugue’s. Guess what? You can, and you can create your own Fugue or Sonata or album.

If you have the vision, you have all the talent you need to be a creator.

Create something beautiful

Sincerely,

Marcus
