I can totally relate. About a year ago my social entrepreneurship went live, and yet I was (and am) still working as a prof at a University. Making sure that I update content, work with the artisans (yes, those WhatsApp notifications can make me crazy!) and also oversee the social side of our organization (tutoring program in Cotonou) is a full-time job in itself. Add in a 6 hour time difference between my colleagues and myself, well, you know the result. So thank you for your article and advice.
