From the first glance it seems like a rational approach on how to achieve happiness that basicaly translates as no pains, no gains, but I believe it’s still quite a romantic view. I think in life most of people don’t know a damn thing about what to do to feel happy, because the happiness forms by connecting to your personal range of emotions and expiriences. The question is whether you are capable to create (or even to know) your unique circumstances and emotions, which will allow you to built a happiness upon?
