Math is basically my #1 self soother.

I don’t love math, but I do love feeling like it is way, however small, of gripping with the things that make me anxious: I at least have a plan, now, and it will get me through. Also, asking myself if I took my meds today — when it gets too bad, the answer is usually no, and I turn the alarm back on my phone that reminds me.
