Medium Gets a Rebrand


First moving from hearts to clapping, now a total rebrand? I like it. It’s clean, it’s imaginative, and it’s — most importantly to my mind — typographical, which is something Medium kind of lost somewhere along the way.

But then, I honestly never liked the old holo M (sorry guys). This rebrand goes back to Medium’s roots, which I love. Clean, uncomplicated, focused on the writers and really not anything else.

Well done! Hopefully these minor changes are indicative of greater things to come from Medium. I just wish they would write about these changes ahead of time so I could promote them (instead of writing my own promotionals)!
