Xiaoming plays mobile games,he plays five minutes will lose three percent of mobile phone power,if he uses the Mobile Power Pack,three minutes can charge two percent of the mobile phone power.

So here comes the question...if he plays his mobile phone while charging,how long does it take to fill his cell phone power？
