I tend to hear a lot of my friends and family moaning about two things Money and Time. Never having enough of either and their jobs being the source of both. Working too long for too little drains away at people and they feel unfulfilled.

I’ve been there — I’ve now got through my first 12 months of working for myself. Has it been easy? HELL NO!!! It’s been horrible at times but there are key moments where it all seemed worth it.

Making money is a funny thing, we imagine that we cannot do it ourselves that we have to be part of a larger machine to make ENOUGH money. Actually having financial freedom is easy, it’s just very scary and is not something that is discussed a lot in education systems. The point is that it doesn’t matter what you do for a business as long as you are able to HELP people then there is a way of making money from this, fairly.

You can do this from inspiring people, by offering them a product or service that is relevant to them. If you are able to be a thought leader in your chosen area of expertise then there is a whole world of people waiting to pay reasonable amounts of money to read, hear and watch you talk about it.

Think about how many employees that are experts in their field that we just have no idea about. Look at yourself and ask “Is there something I could be giving to the world from my job but there is no one listening?”.

The most important thing for me is passion — if you really care about what you are doing you will always find ways to help people and you will find that the willingness to help people will be what builds your audience.

If you have an audience then you can turn that passion into money.

So whether you have the most random hobby in the world or wether you have a dream job you just don’t know how to get then I want to help you. There are ways to turn those dreams into reality.

They are not easy and if you are reading this thinking that I am going to offer some sort of simple solution that is going to turn you into a millionaire overnight then close this page now.

I want to work with people that have a genuine desire for change, those that get up for work every Monday and think “not this again”. If you have so many things going on and you don’t know how to focus them all then I want to speak to you too.

I am no expert but what I am doing is learning the hard way and learning the right way. I am on a journey and the hard work is paying off and I have never been happier. If you want the same then come listen to all of the mistakes I made so that you don’t have to.
