UPDATE: Kayleigh Haywood Died Following Disappearance

It has been confirmed that Kayleigh Haywood who went missing on 13 November, was found dead in a field 5 miles from her home.

DI Simon Shuttleworth of Leicestershire constabulary told Rutland and North Leicestershire coroner’s court in Loughborough: “The preliminary and provisional cause of death is head and facial injuries pending further tests. Formal identification was completed by a senior crime manager and it was by means of dental records comparison.”

The case of Stephan Beadman, 28, charged with rape and murder, has arrived to the magistrates court and he will now appear in front of the crown court on December 18th.

The other man Luke Harlow, 27, will also be kept in custody charged of grooming and two counts of sexual activity.

The police have arrested two men in connection with the disappearance of Kayleigh Haywood, 15 year old in Leicestershire.

Kayleigh was dropped off school outside Ibstock Community College on Friday, she managed to get in touch with her parents on Saturday morning but it hasn’t be heard from her since.

The area has been cordoned off by the police, CCTV and house-to-house enquires pursued. The girl is described as being “bright, intelligent and popular girl” who is about 5ft 6in (1.7m) tall, medium build, with mousey coloured long hair.

The two men, aged 27, 28, are currently in police custody and being questioned by the police.
