Divorced, over 50 and no career history?

This is a great list to overcome the overwhelming fear of feeling “less than” when trying to re-enter the work force. Ingrid’s easy style of writing and practical list make this a must-read for anyone that fits the great title of this post.

I am reentering the workforce by starting my own business at 66, and I found all the tips useful reminders for myself. I especially support the idea of having an elevator pitch and practicing it so it comes as naturally as breathing. Start a conversation instead of giving a speech.

Thanks for this great post, Ingrid. I will share the link with my friends.
