I cook in my kitchen and did some stints as a short order cook. My vision does not include the job of a chef. Still, I enjoy learning from them and improve on my life in a kitchen. Through what you wrong is full of lessons in all aspects of life. Not just for chefs. I did operate a personal server and had people come along to help. Eventually they did leave to do their thing on another server, a more public place. Still, I was proud of them and considered my online life a place where people had a chance to learn while they were doing something for me. Keep on, Chris. Keep writing, too.
