I totally agree with another benefit you spotted.
A good solution should not only solve people’s needs but also help change their mindsets. A good B2B solution should satisfy both needs of managers and employees and bridge the understanding gap between both parties. Addressing the big picture, we might say that the good B2B solution would even make a significant impact on organizational change.
