Bound together we lie beneath

This interwoven tapestry

Of lines and stars

For blood and scars

Which dare to tear this world in Twain.

So hark and Mark my words of wisdom

Bold, approach this gilded schism

Here to claim her hapless victim

One more fallen to the system

Veiled beneath a mysticism.

Hearts and minds with crowns they Christen.

Ears wide open do not listen

In any way to what they say

But proudly march against the fray

To stray, hooray!

To save the day from space and time

A river of mud, of blood and wine.

Reason falls to rhythmic rhyme

Bow your heads and stand in line

Ignorant to the sublime!

A nation

A lie
