Unfortunately, when the system that people depend on them has a bias, that essentially allows them to pick the winners and losers, with the losers having little to no viable alternatives.

I believe that there must be a way to ensure that users of all kinds have the opportunity to be heard, with the ability to be held accountable and to hold others accountable on a level playing field.

Lately, established vendors have been resorting to the use of “demonetization” as a means to clamp down on dissenting views, which are essential to that “rugged individualism”.
