How To Gain Energy & Turn Up Your Vibes

The Art of Energy Management


The ability to control your energy level & emotional states is essential for self-mastery. One who controls their emotions is one who can perform in ANY environment. To master emotions, you must learn how to control your energy in motion. Your energy starts with your vibration, which is affected by your thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. One who has mastered their energy and emotions knows how energy is gained & depleted. Being able to generate your own energy makes you self-sustaining and powerful. Masters know how to harness and release their energy on command.

Energy = Vibration

“Vibration” = your personal energy frequency, soul essence

Your vibration is reflection of your inner thoughts, feelings, and words.

-The same principles of vibration in the physical world apply to our thoughts, feelings, desires, and wills in the etheric world.

-Each sound, thing, and even thought has its own vibrational frequency, unique unto itself.


Here are ways you can turn up your vibes to gain energy & control your emotional state…

1. Breathe deeply

When you’re able to take deep breaths and become fully centered, your mind relaxes. By taking full breaths you allow “prana” (cosmic energy) to enter and recharge your system. Life begins with the breath. Whenever you need to replenish energy, start with the breathing deeply. Practice belly breathing by breathing from your diagram.

Breathe in blessings, exhale love.

A relaxed mind is a sharp mind.

2. Meditate

Meditation quiets the mind so you can experience stillness. A meditation practice clears away flooding thoughts that prevent you from experiencing clarity and peace of mind. Meditate about 1–2 times per day, for 5–10 minutes each time (or as needed). Meditating allows you to receive intuitive messages, focus your mind, and control your emotions.

To elevate, meditate.

3. Nature

Nature has energizing properties that are natural mood boosters.

Nature Ideas:

-Take your shoes off, let your feet feel the grass.

-Sit outside in the sun with a book.

-Go for a swim.

-Touch the bark of a tree.

-Go outside and garden for a while.

4. Create

Creation is the expression of your higher self. Creating is a way for you to relieve stress, be productive, and have fun. Everyone is creative by nature, any denial of your own creativity isn’t true. Creativity isn’t just limited to art, creativity is a state of mind. Creativity is the connection between your inner self and the external world.

Find and try different ways to create that work for you.

Ideas: coloring, crafting, solving puzzles, playing music, writing, drawing, visualizing, etc.

5. Tap into your emotions

Emotions are energy in motion. Being mindful of your emotions and observing how you feel is the first step to being able to control your emotional state.

Step #1: Notice your emotional state: recognize which emotion(s) you feel, observe it without judgement, understand it, and feel it fully.

Step #2: If you wish to minimize that emotion, or decide you want to feel another emotion: focus on which emotion you want to feel.

Step #3: Change your emotional state by smiling, visualizing, breathing deeply, practicing power poses, saying personal affirmations, or creating an anchor

6. Listen to music

Music affects your vibration. Your vibration is your personal energy frequency, unique to you. By raising your vibration, you raise your state of consciousness to a higher level. The higher your level of consciousness, the more of your higher self (God self) you connect with.

Music has the power to connect you to your higher self through when it changes your emotional state, resonates with you, and is divine in its essence. Music with heavy bass & beats is a great way to raise your vibration, because it plays at a higher frequency (bpm).

7. Give & receive love

Love is power. Are you feeling powerful? Give others unconditional love, peace, and harmony.

8. Improve your nutrition

Whole, unprocessed, nutrient-dense foods raise your energy levels. Eating clean foods that nourish your body allow you to have clarity of mind, body, and soul. In addition, healthy foods give you natural energy. Whole foods digest easier, putting less stress on your digestive organs, which allows blood to flow to other essential areas. The more food waste you have in your digestive organs, the more energy is required to clear that food from your body.

Nutrition guidelines:

  • Eat whole foods (less ingredients on the label = the better)
  • Avoid processed foods (can be consumed in moderation/special occasions)
  • More natural color = better
  • Avoid foods that are factory farmed (aim for free range farmed)
  • Buy organic food (as your budget allows)
  • Drink more water (distilled if possible)

9. Practice affirmations

Personal affirmations spoken aloud with emotion, conviction, and confidence are extremely powerful. Words are symbolic. The words you use create your reality and influence how you perceive reality.

ACTION STEPS:

1) Create your own custom affirmations for: the type of person you want to become, your goals, and the type of life you want to live.

2) Practice speaking, thinking, and writing down personal affirmations. Repeat your most powerful affirmations out loud, for multiple times.

“I am bursting with energy”

“I am charged and vibrant”

10. Perspective

Perspective is power. Creating and maintaining a positive disposition is a must for self-mastery. Having a positive mindset isn’t about ignoring the negative parts of life, it means seeing beyond them. Positivity in its essence is practical, realistic, and powerful. The benefits of positivity cannot be overstated.

ACTION STEP: Practice finding the positives within a negative situation. Train your mind to see the positive in every situation, no matter its stature. If you can’t find a positive, find a lesson or learning moment.

11. Practice Gratitude

Practice gratitude as soon as you wake up & throughout the day.

How to practice gratitude…

ACTION STEP: Write down 3–5 things you’re grateful for on a piece of paper. Imagine those 3–5 things being removed from your life, in order to truly appreciate them.

12. Give more

When you start to give more to life, that’s when life starts to change.

13. Do what you love

When you do what you love you radiate positivity. Passion is an energy that is infectious. When you are in a spirit of love, you embody the true essence of life. Embrace and flow with life, by embracing love in your life.

14. Think positively

Thoughts carry energy. Masters know how to control the polarity of their thoughts and shift them to serve their highest purpose.

15. Smell fragrance

Fragrance creates feeling.

ACTION STEP: Buy fragrances that are appealing to you. Smell them whenever you want to improve your mood and gain energy.

16. Be mindful of body language

Posture changes physiology. Posture creates power. Being in control of your posture and body language in a great way to influence your state.

17. Spend time with friends & family

Being around those you love and enjoy can recharge your energy levels, making you feel good. Surround yourself with those who are positive and support you.

18. Motivate yourself

Motivate yourself as often as you can. The more motivated you are, the less willpower you use. Using less willpower means you SAVE energy, by not having to always control yourself. Being motivated means you’re excited to do something and have a reason for doing it.

ACTION STEP: Find your INTRINSIC & EXTRINSIC motivations for doing what you do. When times get tough, think back to WHY you do what you do in order to keep you persevering.

19. Find your inspiration

Inspiration is an energetic force that breathes life into you, making you take action.

Middle English: “breath”, “divine guidance”, “put life or spirit into the human body”

20. Explore your spiritual side

Focus on spiritual development & emotional clearing. “By healing, balancing, and activating energies you create high vibrations.”

21. Sleep

You are a battery. Sleep is how you recharge that battery. Aim for a consistent amount of good quality|quantity of sleep.

ACTION STEP: Practice the power of your imagination by visualizing the energetic state you want to be in. Visualize your body full of energy, vitality, and life force.

23. Believe

Belief is powerful. Belief activates and opens a part of your mind that empowers you, without limitations.
