We’re hyper-competitive
How to Shift From a Full Mind to Mindfulness

Competition is great, but it does have a price. Our minds might have been at unrest, but it really depends on which environment you are in.

The challenge is somehow simple: can you isolate yourself (your mind) even if you are in the hyper-competitive environment? Can you recognize a moment when you are walking through a park and notice that spring is awakening (for instance you smell wildflowers)?

Being able to catch these opportunities makes our lives wonderful. In a way you can see a modesty — nature is showing us that she was there before us and will be also there when we leave this world. And by acknowledging this we might feel grateful/peaceful because then we can say that things are as they are.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
