First GitHub Issue!

I just created my first issue. It wasn’t anything life altering, but I’m starting to get extremely comfortable with Git & GitHub. It’s no longer this scary thing to me. It is starting to become part of my daily routine. I’ve used Git and GitHub a ton, but just in the recent weeks have I started attempting to contribute to other repositories that are not my own.

I’m currently reading Joy of Elixir, and while I was reading I noticed a typo. So, I found the GitHub repo, made an issue, cloned the repo, fixed the small typo, and then pushed the fix and made a pull request.

Just an easy fix, and I’m gonna keep doing this as I see them.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
