One of my favorite parts of big sport events is the pumpup video. Could you imagine seeing some of the greats with this song as the intro? Michael Jordan slam dunk, The Cubs winning the World Series, any world cup preview. This song with these moments would only make them better, and it is the same for League.
I’m a huge fan of League, and this song takes it to the next level. When listening to it, and playing league at the same time I feel like a legend. My Bronze III opponents don’t stand a chance when I’m listening to this song.
My love for this classic was renewed today when I heard a cover by Ulmus Minor. They covered it from a folksy style, and it came out super clean. When I’m singing this song to myself in the shower every morning, this is how I imagine I am singing it. Passion, and glory.
