Hi there, nice article indeed. However, doesn’t being cross platform mean you can only do the lowest common denominator of features that pretty much means text only, maybe some images.

Or do you have a collection of features and quidelines regarding how to build a bot for 1–2 or more specific channels so that they work as intended for each channel?

Being cross platform is the most cost efficient way, however I fear it won’t deliver the best experience for any of the platforms. Would love to know your thoughts though!
