Thank you Michelle. Please don’t ever think you have nothing new to say; this was pretty powerful. I no longer ask myself how we can “fix” this. I just ask what can I do a little better. And how can I encourage someone else to do a little better.

Don’t get me wrong — I would love a fix for our racial and inequality problem. But like you said… it’s not going to come quickly. And it’s not going to be easy.
