Even if it leads to nothing, thank you so much for writing this. The menial job search is intoxicatingly frustrating and littered with so many invisible holes that are easy to fall in but hard to see. Part of the annoyance with looking for advice that you elaborate on is how it’s coming from career professionals, not from someone who just got out of the shit.

Hopefully this is the beginning of the path that I needed.
