It’s funny, and quite coincidental actually, but I made a commitment this week to reach out to 5 new people, every single day. I just loved how that was one of your bullet points in this blog. It’s SO important to create new connections and do the things that make you feel uncomfortable. If you continue hanging out with the same people, and going to the same places all the time, your life will continue looking exactly as it does now. (i.e. you will stop moving forward) This was such a great reminder of the importance of continuously making new connections, not simply for professional advancement, but to grow; to be exposed to new ideas and new perspectives. Thanks for sharing yours, by the way! :)
