Aleo is the first platform to offer fully private applications.

Aleo achieves this by leveraging decentralized systems and zero-knowledge cryptography to protect user data on the web. At its core, Aleo offers users and application developers unbounded compute with absolute privacy.

Aleo has noticed such problems and wants to solve them:
1. Existing blockchains are not suitable for real applications.
2. Technology should not develop for its own sake.
3. New technologies attract players who complicate the technology’s value proposition.

The project raised $28 million in the first fundraising (Series A) and $200 million in the second (Series B) from Coinbase ventures, a16z, Polychain capital, Galaxy Digital

The project recently had a set of ambassadors. The form is already closed. there will be another set closer to August, but I advise you to start making content right now, this will add to your chances of becoming an ambassador
They don’t say anything about awards, but it’s obvious that they will be, and they will be big.

Aleo has already run 2 testnets. Testnet 2 is still running, but not stimulated
Stimulated testnet 3 is scheduled to launch before the mainnet Q3-Q4 2022.
