Higatangan Island is a sandbar which tip changes shape depending on the direction of the wind. The same sandbar changes color as the day progress. The island also boasts the number of towering limestone formations and the diversity of marine ecosystem found in the seas of this magical paradise.

The island is probably one of the most calm and tranquil island in the country. It cuts off power by 10 in the evening. Tourists will be amazed with the starry skies — probably one of the starriest areas in the country too.

Isla de Gigantes does not only boast its white sand but also the number of other islands around it. It also has a sandbar and a lagoon that welcomes tourists and travellers with its azure waters.

The island is surely a nature’s paradise. There are cliffs in the island where you can climb to get the panoramic view of the other islands in the place.

Siquijor is a laid-back province that screams beautiful beaches. The province has been a staple in the checklists of many travel bloggers and tourists for its tranquil and relaxing white sand beaches both popular and unspoiled. But if you are looking for a sanctuary in this little island in central Visayas, try Kagusuan Beach in Maria Siquijor. The beach is secured by green trees meters away from the main road.

Unlike most Siquijor beaches and island resorts, Kagusuan is a lot peaceful and is not crowded. What makes it more interesting is the colorful marine biodiversity off shore.
