The Ultimate 10 Minute Abs Workout: No Equipment Needed!

Hey there all of my internet friends! Today, I want to share with you a quick and effective circuit training routine focused on building strong abs and obliques.

If you’re tired of the same old sit-ups and crunches, then this circuit training routine is just what you need to spice things up and take your workout to the next level. Circuit training involves moving from one exercise to the next with little to no rest in between, making it a great way to get a full-body workout in a short amount of time. Not only does this keep your heart rate up, but it also helps build endurance and improves your overall fitness level.

Here is the routine I’d like you to follow:

  • Lunges: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and take a large step forward with your right foot. Lower your body until both legs form a 90-degree angle. Push back up to starting position and repeat with your left leg. Repeat for 10 reps.
  • Leg Raises: Lie on your back with your arms at your sides. Keep your legs straight and raise them until they are perpendicular to the floor. Lower your legs back down and repeat for 10 reps.
  • Russian Twist: Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat. Hold your hands together in front of your chest and twist your torso to the left and then the right…
