So — I’ve carried out a survey and I’ve come to understand that most ladies who exercise or want to, only tend to focus on midsection and lower body exercises. I’m talking about workout routine that targets the glutes and abs with the sole aim of increasing hip and butt size and maintaining a flat tommy. -LOL — and yes I understand why.
