After being caught driving without a license, under the influence, with guns in his car, threatening to murder people in the street, and a hit-and-run accident, the cowardice of Ryan T. Harding has let Steven Manson free of any accountability. According to Ryan Harding, there are no consequences for violating the law and destroying people’s lives in Sangamon County, Illinois, where Nazis go free and everyone else submits to the will of white supremacists under threat of murder.

Effectively spitting in the face of every officer, investigator, and civil servant who ever gave a moment to pursue justice against the criminal Manson family, from McHenry, to Lake, to Sangamon county, Assistant State’s Attorney Ryan T. Harding has so ineffectively negotiated with terrorists it would make the Taliban blush. And he has reached this deal at great expense to the public, aside the theft victim who remains behind bars after being set up by the Mansons.

After months of investigation, and millions of dollars in tax payers money invested into pursuing the criminal, pedophile, convicted felon, neo-nazi domestic terrorist Steven M. Manson, ASA RYAN T. HARDING has reached a deal with them to decrease their criminal felony conviction charge to a simple misdemeanor without facing any jail time. With no apparent ace up his sleeve and no poker know-how to speak of, he has taken the name of We the People and folded his hand — rendering a community’s plight for Life, Liberty, and Justice into an idiot’s table game.

When reached for comment, Ryan Harding responded with the wrong information, seemingly responding to somebody else’s email entirely; when corrected and asked again he continued on an unrelated matter, recommending reaching out to unknown organizations which deal with something completely unrelated, and offered information on paying restitution. When pressed on why he was being so intentionally confusing he refused to continue to correspond.

The Background:
Registered child sex offender, serial abuser, and convicted felon out on bond, Steven M. Manson, hired Nick Heitzman to work for him. The Mansons operate an illegal scrapping business, stealing property and garbage from people and the refuse companies, then re-selling it. Upon finding out Mr. Heitzman was a felon, out on a conditional bond, which prohibited him from being around children, Steven Manson employed his wife’s daughters to frame Mr. Heitzman, forcing the children into inappropriate positions and recording the interaction. By blackmailing Mr. Heitzman, Steven Manson was able to blackmail and manipulate this man, taking over his life for over seven months, coercing him to labor tirelessly for free.

Mr. Heitzman was relentlessly harassed until he filed for an order of protection against Mr. Manson for fear of his life and property. Mr. Manson retaliated by fraudulently reporting him to authorities. Upon providing the “evidence” of Mr. Heitzman in inappropriate positions with the daugher(s) of Amber Manson, who were intentionally brought around Nick Heitzman to intentionally stage this offense, Mr. Heitzman was found in violation of his release conditions and incarcerated.

Once Heitzman was under arrest, Steven Manson proceeded to rob his house of everything. Repeatedly coming back to steal everything Mr. Heitzman was unable to protect. Mr. Manson has made a habit of burglary, robbery, felony breaking and entering, violating protective orders, and has been involved in more than two dozen petitions for orders of protection because he is an outright menace to society.

He continues to groom children he is not legally allowed to be around, except for the technicality that Amber Manson fully consents to her daughters being around a convicted child sex offender.

In June of 2023 Steven M. Manson’s father, Steven L. Manson was arrested for a felony driving on a revoked after being found guilty of this habitual felony for over seven times, and after serving ten years in prison for driving on a revoked license while intoxicated — he drove again on a revoked license while intoxicated. Amber Manson attempted to attack the arresting officers and was also arrested for obstruction of justice, among other charges. Both of them filed motions of ‘modification’ asking the judge to let them stand trial remotely from “Yellville Arkansas”. The address they provided was for a vacant lot currently occupied by an unrelated convicted sex offender registered to the address, and the lot has been for sale since April.

In August of 2023, Steven M. Manson was indicted by the grand jury for a felony hit-and-run accident, on a revoked license, while intoxicated, while doing methamphetamine, marijuana, and alcohol. His lawyer, Steve McCardle filed a motion claiming the Mansons live on an abandoned lot in Yellville Arkansas #8054. He was called out in court and implored to provide his actual address when it was discovered to be fraudulent information. The confusion of the court system allowed Steven to claim he is currently living inside of a P.O. box in order to effectively avoid future legal service for his long list of crimes.

In the mean time, Amber Manson filed court petitions in Sangamon County, 2024-FA-000032, and filed papers in order to ‘sue or defend as a poor person’, papers which she swore under oath that she does not own property, but that she is the sole breadwinner of her household, and supports her husband with her income. While committing welfare fraud, public aid fraud, fraud to social security, as well as defrauding the Illinois DCFS while suing for child support from a man, Shane Simonton, she has not allowed to see his own child in over two years. Yet more of your tax dollars thrown to the wind on the whim of abusive criminals defrauding us, the taxpayers, because of the ignorant complicity of the justice system.

In September of 2024 a motion for ‘Relocation’ was filed by Steven Manson, claiming his wife, Amber Manson, owns property in Arkansas, and they intend to move there. It was an effective tactic to obfuscate his criminal felony case, and despite overwhelming evidence, he very effectively pulled wool over the eyes of Ryan T. Harding, and expedited his case from a pending trial for felony theft, intimidation, and imprisonment through intimidation in October, to a simple misdemeanor that ended the entire case with a slap on the wrist and a small fee on September 19th, 2024.

Ryan T. Harding’s negotiating skills amount to complicity in empowering, enabling, and abetting a convicted child sex offender, covered in Nazi tattoos, and more than 50+ police incidents in less than six months as he manipulated and lied to authority to utterly destroy the lives of everyone near his home. It is impossible to overstate the harm that has been done. It is no coincidence that Police in Sangamon have lost all of their patience because attorneys like Harding make backroom deals with dealers, hustlers, hucksters, gangsters, and now white supremacist child-raping Nazis. It would be insane to believe that 50+ police incidents at his residence, and hundreds of police interactions elsewhere in the county was not a motivating factor in the gruesome murder of Sonya Massey. With nerves on edge and knowing justice does not prevail in this “Small Town”, what reason does a cop have to act with dignity, or respect for life? When people like Harding allow law itself to only serve to protect child rapists like Steven Manson from facing accountability? When the job description necessitates coping, complying and protecting white supremacists, child sex offenders, drug dealers, and the worst evil society has to offer, human decency becomes an exception to the rule.

Ronnie Wayne Adams is a sex offender currently registered to the Yellville address in question. Ryan Harding was certainly provided this information and made aware of this fact.

Listed again for sale in April, the property in question seems to have no relation to the Mansons.

Despite testifying under oath and motioning to modify his status in court, Steven Manson continued to lie to the police in order to avoid service, by claiming he lives simultaneously in Springfield, and Yellville at the same time, as well as his father. He has been employing this tactic for the entirety of his adult life. Alternating between lying about his address and feigning illness in order to avoid accountability for the lives he continues to destroy.

Amber Manson lets her daughter, Dezarae Kennedy, post for them on TikTok. Steven L. Manson was sentenced to 20 years in prison for stalking and attacking a police officer, kicking in the door to their home and threatening to murder them for investigating allegations of multiple counts of rape by his son (more than three counts of rape were plea bargained away beside the statutory rape he was ultimately convicted of).

Via Amber Manson’s TikTok, Steven Manson has been encouraging people to attack the Riverton police as well as imploring people to attack the family and children of officers. Ryan Harding was absolutely given this information.

Evading investigators by deceit for over two years, she is now his legal, 18-year-old intimate partner as well as his felonious partner in crime.

The Mansons have been career criminals since the 1980s. Steven M. Manson was raised by the career criminal family. in 2010 Steven L. Manson planted pipe bombs on his own mother’s gas meter in order to stage a bomb scare in effort to obfuscate and deter justice. His neighbors witnessed him place the bombs, and were given death threats if they ever came forward. The assured criminal conviction was readily exchanged for the fanciful conviction in the fantasies conjured by Steven M. Manson in yet another successful attempt to evade justice and accountability. After utterly destroying the lives of dozens of people. Not to mention the lives lost from being driven to suicide, such as in the case of his own uncle, Gary Manson.
