Regarding gaining more confidence from your clients — do you feel that’s down to the use of language you use when liaising with them or more down to them being able to see who will be working on their product?
I’ve definitely worked and led a team which believed their opinions weren’t worth mentioning but often more times than not, they’ve bought something valuable to the table when quizzed upon it afterwards. It takes time but definitely brings more value to a meeting when everyone chips in.
