Authoritarian Personality Disorder: a literature review

“ Delusional Dominating Personality Disorder (DDPD) is presented as a set of personality characteristics that result from rigid masculine socialization and constitute a serious psychological problem. Literature and research relevant to this phenomenon are also presented. 14 criteria of DDPD are discussed, including the inability to establish and maintain meaningful interpersonal relationships, an inability to identify and express a range of feelings in oneself and others, and difficulty responding appropriately and empathically to the feelings and needs of close associates and intimates.”
