4 Vegetarian Meals to Plan This Week
Happy Wednesday fellow Mealz users!
At Mealz we want to celebrate healthy eating on all levels and make it easier for you, our customer to integrate the right meals into your hectic lifestyles. We understand that being healthy can be time consuming and in today’s society, it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that it’s hard to find the time to be creative with vegetables. But now it doesn’t have to be, with our help! Although some say that it’s hard to be vegetarian, in particular in terms of finding the right things to eat at restaurants and keeping providing the right nutrients for your body, here at Mealz we disagree. Vegetarianism is taking the world by storm. Studies have shows that being a vegetarian means that your body is able to get more vitamins C and E, magnesium, potassium and unsaturated fats. Furthermore, vegetarians have a lower chance of getting heart disease, tend to find it easier to maintain a healthy BMI and have a longer lifespan on average.
Here at Mealz we want to help you get the best out of being a vegetarian by providing you with a wide range of amazing recipes that you can make at home today and add to your meal plan, no matter how good of a cook you are! Now there are more reasons than ever to become vegetarianand it’s never been more simple with our delicious recipes!
Here are just a few of our favourites that you can cook over the next few days:
Wednesday: To keep the midweek spirits high make yourself delicious ‘Stuffed Tomato with Mushrooms & Mozzarella’ for dinner.
Thursday: Take a chance on the super cute and quick ‘Spinach and Strawberry’ smoothie.
Friday: TGIF! Treat yourself with a nutritiously gorgeous ‘Gaia Wellness Cleansing Green Soup’ for lunch, make it at home and take to work to save money.
Saturday: Why not start the weekend with something creative like ‘Naturally Sassy Baby leaf salad with Avocado’ which you can make for you and your friends before going out!

With so many benefits and nutrients that you get from eating vegetarian it’s no wonder that more and more people are opting for living a meatless lifestyle. Moreover, by using our meals your vegetarian life will never be boring again. As an example of this there are more cafes now that ever before that cater exclusively to vegetarians all across the UK. We recently visited a beautiful place in Brighton called ‘Food for Friends’ for a beautiful brunch, showing that being vegetarian is anything but boring, check it out:
