Since ancient times, people have sought to understand the secret of the impact of the living word: Is this an innate gift or the result of a long and painstaking training of self?

To some extent the answer to this question is rhetoric, which covers the following areas of knowledge: the theory of the speech, the art of speech and public speaking skills.

I liked Dr. Conwell plan, which consisted of: a) a statement of the facts; b) a statement of reasons arising from them; c) call for action. I started to use this plan.
