How to Open a Talk?
You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
The first seconds are the most important and most difficult.
Why is it important?
Because it is in those few seconds, students often decide that Do you tell them whether or not to listen to you, whether you are worthy of the expert. And often during the entire speech, they further committed to looking in your words confirm his initial assessment.
Why is it difficult?
In the first few seconds we are most worried. The heart begins to beat faster. My throat is dry. The body does not know which position is best to take. The gestures appear vanity. Often the words fly out of our head. We begin to stray. And instead of speech, which is so long in the making, with our mouths flies incomprehensible babble.
What to do?
1. Prescribe the first few minutes of your speech in writing the most extensively and in detail!
2. Learn the beginning of your speech (at least the first 60 seconds) by heart !!!
