The Improvement of Memory

At first, when I read the title of the chapter, I thought that I did not need to know this. Since I have no problem with memory. But since I set a goal, I was not too lazy, read this chapter. After reading, I did not want to write banal. And I decided that it would be useful to know how I improve my memory.
As follows:
1. Turn on your imagination
People who remember the huge numbers always have developed imagination. They represent the number of plants, animals and inanimate objects, such as a deuce — a swan, the unit — a pillar beside the road, six — the castle and so on.
2. Drive
More dance, move, play sports. This greatly improves circulation, including in the brain, activates mental processes that provide the perception and reproduction processing of information.
3. Focus on the process of memorization
If you want to remember something, you focus on the process. Think about, listen, draw parallels with their lives or with existing knowledge. The more thoughts and feelings “hook” for the available information, the more likely to remember something really important.
4. Strain memory
If you have forgotten something: the word, the figure from the report, the name of the singer, phone a friend — before immediately climb to the dictionary, use the Internet or the phone book, try to at least a few minutes alone to remember the forgotten.
5. Train
Read fiction, and then briefly write down the names of the characters and the plot. Browse from time to time entries and restore old memory. This will help not only to train memory, but also branded erudite person in the circle of friends.
6. Forget about cramming
Memorize something, without understanding, without seeing the images before my eyes, not reciting the text in your own words, is unprofitable. Cramming more RAM will not pass. Just not benefit learning, “before the exam” or “tomorrow.” If you are in memorizing set a goal to “learn forever”, then defeat.
7. Associate
To remember the name just introduced you to a person mentally associate it with a certain personality of the same name, or with your friends and add necessarily something of yourself.
8. Repeat
Repetition — the mother of learning. But it is not necessary to repeat the information received by 5 times in a row, and do it once a day for five days. And the best thing to do it at night.
9. Eat right
Seafood, fish, eggs, cereals, vegetable oil and vegetables improve memory. Sometimes just a piece of chocolate can whip up a little bit tired brain.
10. Learning foreign languages
An effective way to improve memory is the study of foreign languages. In addition, psychologists proved — the study of languages is an excellent prevention of dementia.
11. Forget about laziness
Do not be lazy. Lazy people in their actions and thoughts, good memory never shines.
