Meetizer is now available in Mumbai

Today’s post is dedicated to you, to all those that are part of our community of travelers, expats and locals, making your day-to-day life more social and fun. We are a community of thousands of people connecting everyday with others through Meetizer. This is always a good reason for celebration!

After four years of growing our app together with you, and after passing through the mobile ecosystems of London, New york, Silicon Valley and the United Arab Emirates, we have come to India, specifically Mumbai where we already have thousands of users. We want to thank you for the warm welcome in Mumbai!

Our objective is to “re-humanize humanity”. We want to help people connect and share spontaneous events in real-life, like meeting for a coffee, seeing a movie together, go to any event, playing sports together, etc. For the Meetizer team it is very rewarding that we connect more people in the world everyday. And of course, we wanted to share this success in Mumbai with you. You have made Meetizer into a reality :)

We want to take advantage of this post to announce that you now have the possibility to find a new version of Android (3.3.8) and iOS (3.4.2), which is available in the App Stores. This version contains improvements of the notifications, which allows you to stay up-to-date with all activity in your city, as well with all activity surrounding your meetups. You will always be notified if new participants join an event, and if someone begins a conversation you will not miss out on anything!

In addition, in recent weeks we have worked on including several small improvements that may not be visible to the naked eye, but which will improve your user experience with Meetizer.

You like what you have read so far? Upgrade to the latest version of Android (3.3.8) and iOS (3.4.2) and enjoy the new features. As always, any feedback is welcome at feedback@meetizer.com.

We are working on new features that you will surely love. So stay tuned in for more news!.
