So the grain bowls are for his dinner due to his evening shift. For lunch he does a protein smoothie. I have more flexibility for meals since I work from home so I’ll have a grain bowl for either lunch or dinner and then either a salad or wrap for the other meal where I often use leftover bean salad, chopped vegetables and/or protein over lettuce or in a wrap.
Basically I think like I’m at chipotle: I have a protein, grain, legumes and vegetables. Do I want it in a wrap, over lettuce, in tacos or served as a burrito bowl?
