Lucky to have been where I have been
Lucky to be coming home again

True. While going through the pile of photos in my hard drive, I was struck by an acute feeling of nostalgia, which somehow reminds me that I need to remember to be grateful for all the experiences I have had the chance to go through no matter how they were, good, bad, neutral, exciting or boring. Should be grateful to be alive and be able to do what I have done. Alone or with someone. They are all part of human experience.

Grateful for all the meals I have had, alone at home or out with somebody, home-cooked or readily made, in Hanoi, in HCMC, in Seattle or anywhere I have been to, Bhutan, Singapore, India or Europe.

Grateful for all the Youtube videos, movies I have watched, alone at home or in the cinemas with somebody.

Grateful for all the stories I have had the privilege to know, to read or to hear, from manga, books or the Internet, shareable or not.

Grateful for all the hobbies and obsessions I have accumulated over the years. They have made me who I am today, though imperfect, but so dear to myself, a sense of identity and self that is irreplaceable.
