I sense that Kathy Shelton blames HRC for her own mother’s failures to protect her. Both of them tried to shield her from re-experiencing the event but in our system wherein, the victim suffers more than the perpetrator, someone needs to be blamed and it was HRC who was the lawyer for her perpetrator, no matter the truth.
