When we set ourselves big goals, then everyday that we don’t acheive them we feel we’ve failed. But I think you’re right, if we aim to be an amateur and focus a few small daily habits that set our sails in the right direction, we’ll make steady progress, avoid that feeling of overwhelm and have fun!
