I enjoyed reading this. It’s interesting to read about the practicalities of friends with different household incomes and how their children handle it. I also have a great deal of sympathy for the writer who has to work so hard to pay for the person who is spending the time with the writer’s children that she herself wants to do. It’s a real dilemma.
